Help Wanted - DMD to hire Apprentices to Start January 2, 2012

DMD Team Members to Serve on Area Boards  

Dave Sevigny was tapped to serve a three-year term on Commerce Lexington's board, beginning Jan 2012.   Anitra Thompson will begin a two-year term as President of the International Book Project, beginning Jan 2012.  Thompson formerly served as IBP's secretary for the last two years, and designs websites for other local nonprofits.   Recently named one of the 100 Most Powerful Women of the Channel by Computer Resellers News, Thompson was a presenter at Commerce Lexington's September Business Resource Roundtable entitled "Social Media as a Business Engagement Strategy."

FRANKFORT, Ky. – DMD Data Systems, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Logan to the team in the position of Senior Account Manager.

Mike Logan has over 20 years of public sector experience, managing and delivering IT solutions for the Commonwealth of KY.  He left in 2008 to join the competitive sales force of Cisco Systems as a Senior Account Manager covering Kentucky.  After three successful years at Cisco, he is looking forward to bringing his expertise to DMD.

DMD Again Makes CRN Magazine’s Fast Growth 100 List

Frankfort – DMD Data Systems today announced it again made CRN magazine’s Fast Growth 100 list for 2011.  This is the company’s third time on the national list, which recognizes the fastest growing solution providers, resellers and value-added resellers in North America.  Companies on the Fast Growth 100 list average a two-year revenue growth of 130 percent and average annual sales of products and services of $172 million. The ranking is based on two years’ growth of net sales from calendar year 2008 to calendar year 2010. 

“This comes on the heels of our company being on the Inc. 5000 list so we are very excited,” DMD Data Systems president Dave Sevigny, said. “It’s a testament to the quality of our products and the strong customer service our team provides. DMD Ranks No. 2171 on the 2011 Inc. 500|5000 with Three-Year Sales Growth of 115%

For the third time, DMD Data Systems, Inc. ranked #2171 on Inc. magazine’s fifth annual Inc.500|5000 list of fastest-growing companies in America. Of the Kentucky-based companies that placed on the list, DMD is #1 in the IT Services category.
